S House, by NS Architects built in 2012, is an exercise in mediterranean minimalism and European elegance. Built on the Cap d'Antibes coastline, overlooking the Mediterranean sea and the Lérins Islands the single level holiday home blends perfectly with its environment. Expansive windows open up the seaview-side of the home to the outside pool and allow for continuity between the exterior and interior elements while softening the heavy use of concrete throughout.

The interiors mirror the simplicity and linear nature of the external structure with cement flooring and walls together with furniture in wood and neutral tones. Add the natural light that floods through the windows and cleverly placed skylights and this home feels truly zen.

Calming and cool with views to settle the busiest of minds, S House is described by NS Architects as “simple, honest and well-proportioned” and we think it’s a holiday makers dream.
